I am a big fan of the membership site business model for several reasons. It's a fantastic way to generate monthly recurring income - mostly on autopilot!

It's such an ingenious system because you sell to your customer once, but you keep getting paid by them month after month. Rather than when you just sell a product and you sell it once, get paid once, and then have to sell it again.

Your return on investment with a membership site is so exponentially bigger!

And wouldn't it be nice to be able to count on earning that money month after month?

It's a fantastic steady stream of income that requires only minimal work to maintain. You'll have to update your content over time to keep ahead of what your members are receiving and you'll want to always have a bit of marketing going so you are always adding new members to replace the old ones that drop off.

So while the potential for astounding profits is certainly there, there are some hurdles to over come before you can enjoy that fantastic residual income month after month.
